67. ALLYN5 SEYMOUR (Timothy4, John3, John2, Richard1), born at Hartford, Conn., 30 Apr. 1729, died at West Hartford, 9 Mar. 1760 in 31st year (gravestone); married at West Hartford, 27 Feb. 1752, ELIZABETH SMITH, born at West Hartford, 2 Feb. 1730, died there 1 Jan. 1781, daughter of Nathaniel Smith. She married second, 23 Nov. 1763, Ebenezer Wells, born 22 July 1732, died 11 Jan. 1814, son of Ebenezer and Rachel (Skinner) Wells.
Elizabeth Seymour widow of Allyn Seymour late of Hartford deceased appointed administratrix of his estate 21 April 1760, and guardian of Allyn Seymour a minor of about 3 (sic) years and Rachel Seymour a minor of about 6 (sic) years, children of said deceased, 1 July 1760. Lieut. Timothy Seymour of Hartford was her bondsman. Inventory of above estate taken 25 June 1760. Amount £886-4-6. Allin Seymour, son of Allin Seymour late of Hartford deceased, chose Charles Seymour of Hartford to be his guardian, 18 Mar. 1772.
